I could have been in the car. More than just the front bumper could have been damaged. But finding your car has been hit is freaking a pain-in-the-ass.  Thankfully the girl that backed her moving truck into my car was sweet enough to leave a note with her policy # as well as came out to say hello when she saw me outside taking pictures.  I’ve never had to file a claim before, so I was a little more than frustrated, and of course I cried… a lot (but that tends to be my default reaction to any emotion I’m feeling).  I’m hoping everything gets settled soon, but it will probably drag on a bit.  I pretty much have zero confidence in the insurance companies.  I called her insurance originally and filed a claim, then called mine just to see whats up. And my insurance company was no help at all.  I feel like this situation has definately put another nail into the “get-rid-of-the-car” coffin. aaaarrggggg.
